Welcome to Border Fast Tijuana. These Terms of Service govern your use of borderfasttijuana.com and our facilitation services for the Tijuana Border Fast Pass (Medical Lane Pass).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Our Service
Border Fast Tijuana is a third-party facilitator that helps travelers connect with authorized partner establishments (hotels, medical offices, dental clinics, etc.) in Tijuana, Rosarito, and Ensenada to obtain a single-use Border Fast Pass (also called Medical Lane Pass) issued by the Ayuntamiento de Tijuana.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and possess valid U.S. re-entry documents. The pass is intended for tourists, medical visitors, and short-term travelers who patronize participating Baja establishments.
4. How the Service Works
You contact us or a listed partner → meet the partner's requirements (e.g., stay, appointment, minimum spend) → receive a single-use physical or digital pass → use it at the San Ysidro Medical Lane.
5. Limitation of Liability
Border Fast Tijuana is not responsible for: denial of the pass by any partner or Mexican authorities, border delays, denials of entry by U.S. CBP, or any related consequences, changes in program rules by the Ayuntamiento de Tijuana, any damages, losses, or expenses arising from use of the service. We provide the service "as is" with no warranties.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to resell passes, provide false information to obtain a pass, violate any applicable laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Baja California, Mexico, and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tijuana, Baja California.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
